Instructions
  1. Grind all the ingredients mentioned in the ‘grind to paste’ list into a fine paste.
  2. In a bowl, combine the maida, ground paste, and hung curd.
  3. Add in the chicken pieces and mix well. keep aside for about 3 to 4 hours
  4. In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients and keep it in the fridge.
  5. Heat some oil in a pan over medium and add in the chicken pieces. Fry until golden brown.
  6. Reduce the flame and continue cooking for a few minutes until the chicken pieces are well cooked.
  7. Plate and serve with salad and lime wedges for the best taste.
