  1. In a grinder, add onions, tomatoes, garlic and green chillies. Grind them into a paste and set them aside.
  2. Place a deep pan on medium heat and add oil to it. Once the oil becomes hot, add coconut paste to it and cook it until it turns golden brown. Now, add red chilli powder, coriander powder and cloves to the pan. Stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes and set it aside.
  3. In the same pan, add some oil, red chillies, curry leaves and mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds start to splutter, add the onion paste. Stir the mix until it turns a little brown. Mix the cooked coconut paste into the pan. Add tamarind extract and a cup of water. Cook the curry for 5 minutes and bring it to a boil. Lastly, add the Ayala Fish pieces to the curry and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Garnish the fish curry with coriander leaves and serve it hot with roti or rice.
