Instructions
  1. Thoroughly wash the chicken breasts and slightly pound the chicken to flatten it. Cut about half an inch deep slits in each chicken breast.
  2. Whisk vinegar, barbeque sauce and garlic together in a bowl. Add chicken to the bowl and coat it well with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill on medium-high heat and brush the grill grate with oil. Once the chicken is marinated, pat it dry using kitchen paper and discard the leftover marinade. Place the chicken on a plate and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and cayenne pepper.
  4. Place the chicken on the preheated grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Flip the chicken over, close the lid of the grill and cook while basting with barbeque sauce. Cook for about 9-10 minutes until it’s no longer pink and the juices run clear.
  5. Serve hot with mayo-dip or chipotle / barbeque sauce.
