Kajoli Fish Fry Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 gms Licious Kajoli Fish
- 1 tsp Crushed Ginger
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Mustard paste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- oil as needed
Instructions
- Take a grinder and put the garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, mustard paste, turmeric powder, black pepper, and green chillies into the jar. Grind to a thick paste.
- Take a pan and add oil to it.
- Now, add the spice mix to the oil and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Once done, set it aside to cool. This is the marinade.
- Once it has cooled, rub some vinegar on the fish and coat it evenly with our marinade. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Now, take a wok and heat oil in it.
- When it is heated, place the fish in the oil and let it fry.
- Turn sides when one side is golden brown.
- Repeat the same with all the fish pieces. Turn off the heat.
- Place the fish on a paper towel.
- Serve hot!
