How to Make Chicken Kebabs with Cashew Nuts?
Ingredients
- 450 grams of Licious Chicken Leg Boneless Cubes
- 10 in almonds soaked in water
- 10 in Cashew nuts soaked in water
- 4 tbsp curd plain
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp fenugreek leaves dried
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt as per taste
- ½ cup Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped
- ½ cup Fresh Mint Leaves chopped
Instructions
- Blend the cashew nuts and almonds with little water in a grinder to make a smooth paste
- Pour the mix into a bowl and add curd, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, garam masala, fenugreek leaves, fresh cream, oil, salt, coriander, and mint leaves. Mix well
- Add the chicken cubes and coat the mixture well. Marinade for 45 minutes.
- Carefully thread the chicken into skewers.
- Rub the chicken pieces with butter and place them on a grill with charcoal. You can also use gas with a grill pan or an oven.
- Cook till the meat is cooked and charred on the outside.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and fresh salad.
