- 500 g Licious Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 tbsp of melon seeds, watermelon seeds, poppy seeds each
- 2 tbsp rock melon
- 1 medium sized onion sliced
- 1 tbsp almond
- Salt - to taste
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup yogurt
- 5-6 stands of saffron
- ½ tsp kewda
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg powder
- 4 tbsp cream
- 1 cup water

- Soak melon seeds, watermelon seeds, rock melon seeds, poppy seeds, and almonds in water overnight.
- Take a vessel, heat 1 tbsp ghee and sauté onion for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
- Remove the skin of the almonds and make a fine paste with sautéed onions and soaked seeds.
- In the same vessel heat 1 tbsp ghee and add the paste, Licious Chicken drumsticks, and water and cook it on a low flame for 10- 15 minutes.
- Whisk in the yoghurt off the heat, then again switch on the flame and slowly add to the chicken while stirring continuously and cook it for another 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add nutmeg powder, cream, salt, saffron and kewda and cook it for another 3-4 minutes and serve.
- Serve the Char Magaz Ka Murgh with rice or roti.
