Chicken Aloo Curry

Instructions
  1. Take a non-stick pan and heat the oil in it. When it is hot, add the ginger-garlic paste to the oil. Saute well.
  2. Add the onions and tomatoes to the pan and mix well.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add cumin powder, chilli powder, curry powder, garam masala, and turmeric. Mix well.
  5. Add salt to the mixture and give a good mix.
  6. Next, add the diced potatoes and stir well.
  7. Add the chicken pieces and give them a good mix.
  8. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  9. Now, add enough water to cover the potatoes and chicken. 
  10. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  11. Turn the heat off and serve hot!
  12. Tips and Tricks
  13. Stir the curry occasionally after adding the chicken pieces.
  14. Do not add excessive water.
  15. Add more salt if required.
  16. Serve with naan, paratha, roti, or rice and onion rings on the side.
