  1. In a mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, cheese, onion, coriander, BBQ sauce and toss well to combine. Place the tortillas on a chopping board and layer them with half a cup of the prepared mixture. Roll the tortilla up, starting from the end and folding in the sides like a burrito.
  2. Place a skillet on medium-high flame and brush some oil on it. Once the oil is hot enough, place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes. Turn the wraps after every minute or two, until they are golden and crispy on all sides and heated through.
  3. Serve immediately with your favourite dip, stir-fried fresh veggies, salad or potato fries.
