Instructions
  1. Take dried red chilli, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and black peppercorns and grind them together to make the spice mix.
  2. Remove the tomato’s eye first, then cut it into two or four pieces. Use a knife or spoon to remove the seeds from them.
  3. Combine the Licious Chicken Mince (Keema) with the spice mix. Mix thoroughly.
  4. After that, stir in the tomato and onion. You can begin frying right away. Avoid adding tomato if you plan to keep this mixture before frying.
  5. To prevent the kebab from breaking while frying, add the tomato only 10 minutes before frying.
  6. Oil your palm. Make balls the size of lemons. Create kebab patties that are 1/4 inch thick. Make the patties round or oval in shape. Pan-fry until the kebabs turn golden brown on each side.
  7. That’s it. You have your delicious Chicken Chapli Kebabs ready! Serve hot!
