  1. Thaw the chicken mince and set it apart in a bowl.
  2. Heat a frying pan.
  3. Add butter and wait for it to melt.
  4. Add the onions, green chilli, coriander, and ginger-garlic paste to the pan.
  5. Sauté for a minute before adding the all-purpose flour.
  6. Stir vigorously and pour the milk slowly, stirring all the time. Keep stirring until the flour dissolves and there are no lumps in the mixture.
  7. Season with salt and add Licious chicken mince. Mix it well with the ingredients in the pan, and cook on a low flame for a few minutes.
  8. Remove it to a bowl to let it cool. You may put the mixture in the fridge and chill it for half an hour.
  9. Once the chicken mince mixture is cool and easy to handle, make small balls of it.
  10. Have the remaining flour and the whipped egg ready in separate bowls. Have a bowl of breadcrumbs nearby too.
  11. Dip each croquette into the flour and egg successively. Next, coat it with breadcrumbs.
  12. Heat oil in a separate pan and fry the croquette until it turns golden brown.
  13. Remove it from the pan once done, and drain it by placing it on a paper towel.
  14. Serve hot with mayonnaise, ketchup or a dipping sauce.
