  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and stir them well until they are coated in the mixture. Cook them until they start changing colour and turn golden brown.
  4. Add 1 and ½ cup of water and stir the chicken. Cover the pan with a lid and let the chicken cook until it turns tender.
  5. Once cooked, you can garnish the curry with chopped coriander and serve it hot with steamed basmati rice or roti.
