Recipe to Make Chicken Stock
Licious Classic Chicken Soup Bones 2 large onions 4-5 chopped carrots 3-4 celery sticks 6 medium cloves of garlic 2 bay leaves 6 sprigs of fresh thyme A small bunch of fresh parsley or dill 2 teaspoons of whole peppercorns 2 teaspoons sea salt, or more to taste 12 cups of cold water

Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a large pot with 12 cups of cold water.
  2. Bring this to a boil and reduce the heat to low.
  3. Keep the pot uncovered and let it simmer for 4-5 hours. Once it seems ready, adjust the salt as per your taste.
  4. Using a strainer, strain all the chicken stock. Let it cool in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.
  5. You can use it for three months.
