  1. Preheat a skillet or iron tawa. In a bowl, mix barbecue and chipotle sauce. If the bases are not pre-cooked, then slightly cook them before applying the sauce.
  2. Place the base on the tawa and spread the mixed sauce over it. Scatter grated cheese and top it with sweetcorn, red pepper, chicken slices, chillies or jalapenos and coriander leaves. Cover the pizza and bake for 8 minutes. Check if the cheese has melted and the pizza should be piping hot.
  3. Grate some more cheese on the hot pizza and serve with fries and a chilled glass of fizzy soft drink.
