Instructions
  1. Take a bowl and put the chicken curry cut pieces in it.
  2. Mix it with ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, yoghurt, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, soy sauce, pepper powder, and even chopped curry leaves.
  3. Mix them well.
  4. Marinate it for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Add the cornflour and leave it.
  6. Take a wok and heat oil in it. Now, take the chicken pieces and fry them.
  7. Deep fry these pieces.
  8. After it is fried deeply, take it out on a paper towel.
  9. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot with plain rice.
