  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and stir fry for about half a minute. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder, kitchen king masala and salt. Stir fry for about 2 minutes until the tomatoes turn slightly mushy. Then add mushrooms and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the lightly whisked eggs and cook on medium flame. Continue whisking to mix everything until cooked. Add 1 teaspoon butter and grated cheese. Mix well and turn off the flame.
  4. Garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve hot with toasted bread or buttered pav.
