  1. Take a mixing bowl. Break the eggs in it. Then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Whisk the eggs well.
  2. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and black pepper powder to the egg bowl. Give it a mix.
  3. Take a tawa and heat some butter in it. Then take one bread slice and dip it into the egg mixture. Flip over and coat the other side. Once it is nicely coated, place it on the tawa. Add some egg mixture on top. Let the bottom side toast for a few minutes. Then flip the slice and cook it for another few minutes. Follow the same process with the remaining slice. Serve hot with some mint chutney or ketchup.

If you are using a softer bread then you can keep the slices in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
