Instructions
  1. Season the wings with salt and pepper, mix well and refrigerate for an hour or so.
  2. Take a bowl and mix the all-purpose flour, mustard powder, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Take the chicken wings and coat them thoroughly in the flour mixture.
  4. Take a wok and heat the oil in it.
  5. Once it is hot, put the coated chicken wings in the oil and deep fry them till they turn golden brown.
  6. Serve hot!
