- 750 grams Licious Squid Rings
- ¼ cup maida
- ¼ rice flour
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 egg
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt - to taste

- Apply ½ tsp salt on the squid rings and keep aside.
- Make a batter with maida, rice flour, pepper powder, turmeric powder, egg, ½ tsp salt and 100 ml water. Add the squid rings to the batter.
- Heat oil in a kadai on medium. Drop the squid rings into the oil and fry for about 1 ½ minutes or till done. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
