- 2 tbsp spring onion leaves finely chopped

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper and toss in cornstarch. Whisk all the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
- In a flat pan, heat oil over medium flame and place the chicken once the oil is hot enough. Cook the chicken strips for about 5-6 minutes or until the chicken is cooked well. Once done, set aside the chicken and simmer the sauce for about 1 minute.
- Neatly toss the chicken in the sauce and garnish with spring onion. Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
