  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Then take an oven-proof pan and add oil to it. Place the chicken pieces skin-down and let them cook for 8 minutes. Once the skin turns crispy and golden brown, flip the pieces and cook the other side.
  2. You can transfer the pieces to a plate. In the same pan, add garlic pieces and sauté it in the juices until fragrant. Then add the lemon juice and stock. Then add the herbs.
  3. Add the pieces back into the pan. Transfer the pan to the oven. Roast the chicken at 220-degree Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
