Instructions
  1. Place a non-stick pan on medium heat and add oil to it. Once the oil is hot enough add cardamoms, cloves, peppercorn and cinnamon to the pan and stir it well. Then, add onions and let the mixture cook until the onions turn golden brown.
  2. Add the mutton chops to the pan and mix it with the spices. Cover the pan with a lid and let the aroma of the spices get absorbed in the mutton chops. After 5-10 minutes add green chillies, turmeric powder, chilli powder to the pan. Squeeze some lemon juice in to the pan and mix everything well. Now, add the tomato puree to the mix and cook it for 2 minutes. Complete the dish by adding salt, yoghurt and chopped mint leaves. Let the masala cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. Garnish the mutton chop masala with coriander leaves and serve it hot with a roti.
