Recipe Notes

When adding water to the mixture, do not add it all at once. Make sure to add a little at a time for the perfect texture. Ensure the oil is heated to the right temperature before adding the pakoras. The oil should not be too hot, or it will brown too fast without the meat getting cooked. Make this yummy, crispy mutton keema pakora for any occasion.
