Instructions

  1. Take the fish and coat it with salt and turmeric.
  2. Take a pan and add mustard oil. Fry the fish on each side. Set it aside.
  3. Now, add nigella, red chillies, and mustard paste to the pan.
  4. Add some water.
  5. Add all the spices including turmeric, red chilli powder, and cumin powder. Saute it well.
  6. Add hot water.
  7. Now, add green chillies and add the cooked fish.
  8. Put on a lid and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Serve hot with rice or roti.
