  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together to make the seasoning.
  1. Add the chicken to the seasoning and coat each fillet with it.
  2. Place the fillets into a bowl of buttermilk and coat each one evenly.
  3. Pour one tsp of oil into a large-size cast-iron skillet and add a half tbsp of butter. Let the butter melt on medium to high flame.
  4. Fry the chicken pieces on medium heat for a few minutes until it turns crisp and golden on one side.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of butter after flipping the chicken breast fillets and continue to cook until cooked through.
  6. Rest the chicken breast fillets for 5 minutes. After that, cut them into slices. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve hot.
