Make Pan-fried Chicken in Just 3 Steps
Ingredients
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts
- 2-3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Dried Thyme
- ½ tsp ground mustard
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- ½ tsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except chicken and butter. Flatten the chicken using a meat tenderiser or rolling pin. Add the pounded chicken to the bowl and season well.
- Add half a tablespoon of butter in a pan over a medium-high flame and let it melt. Place the seasoned chicken breast on the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown and flip it and cover with a lid. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for around 6 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes and then cut into slices. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with salad.
