  1. In a plate, mix flour, garlic, pepper and salt well. In a small bowl, whisk the beaten eggs and lemon juice together.
  2. Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame. Dip the chicken pieces in the flour mix, then in the eggs and again in the flour mix. Coat the pieces well and carefully place them in the oil. Cook until golden brown for about 8-10 minutes and take out on a tissue paper to remove the excess oil.
  3. Garnish with some chaat masala or pepper powder. Serve hot with cheese-sauce or mint-mayo dip, mustard sauce and ketchup.
