Instructions
  1. Mix chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Add the prawns and marinate for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan or kadai. Add the marinated prawns, and cook for four to five minutes until cooked. Remove to a bowl and keep aside.
  3. In the same pan, pour two tbsp of oil, and add the cumin seeds. Once it sizzles, add the chopped onions, and sauté for four to five minutes until the onions become soft and dark brown.
  4. Add the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt. Fry for about a minute.
  5. Add the pureed tomatoes and mix well. Cook for about three to four minutes.
  6. Add the curd, cream, and garam masala on low heat and cook for a minute.
  7. Add the cooked prawns, salt, and tandoori masala powder. Mix well.
  8. Serve with tandoori roti, rice, or naan. Enjoy!
