Instructions
In a small bowl mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass bowl.
Sprinkle flour mixture over the wings until they are even.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 60 to 90 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 190℃.
Mix butter, hot sauce, pepper, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over a low flame.
Give it a stir and heat until the butter is melted.
Keep it aside and ready to serve.
Fry the marinated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes. Fry them until they are golden brown.
Turn off the gas and place the wings in a serving bowl.
Add the hot sauce give it a good stir.
Your buffalo wings are ready to be served!
