  1. Take a chicken wing and make small cuts in it. Insert garlic slivers in these cuts.
  2. Take each wing and first brush it generously with olive oil. Then take a bowl and add chilli powder, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper powder. Mix the ingredients well with a spoon. Now coat each chicken wing with this dry mixture and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Take a grill pan and glaze it with oil. Grill the chicken wings on a medium flame for about 15 minutes until they are cooked through. The chicken wings should have slightly charred skin. Squeeze lemon on the wings before serving.
