- 1- inch ginger paste
- 5 cloves garlic paste
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil or any choice of oil
- 8-9 Curry leaves
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- Salt as per taste
- Lemon Juice
- onion Chopped as per choice
- Tomatoes Chopped as per choice
- cucumber Chopped as per choice
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add the fish pieces along with ginger and garlic pastes, chilli powder and garam masala. Mix them well and set them aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Take a pan and add the coconut oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Allow them to splutter.
- Add salt to the marinated fish and mix well. Carefully add the pieces to the oil one by one and roast them till they get a nice dark brown colour.
