Red Chili Powder

jeera powder

dhaniya powder
1/2
tsp
turmeric powder

tsp
whole jeera

bay leaf

whole dry red chili
3-4
whole garam masalas

Garam masala powder

tsp
ghee
To taste salt
As needed oil for frying
Instructions
Marinate the chicken keema with salt, turmeric powder & oil
Pressure cook the keema along with potato cubes
Now heat a pan,add oil and allow the whole Jeera, garam masala, bay leaf, red chilli to crackle
Now add the chopped onions & try till it changes colour
Add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well
Now add the jeera dhaniya powder, tomato puree and the green peas
Now add the keema, boiled potato in the masala. Mix well
Finally add ghee & garam masala powder
Serve it hot with roti or naan
