Hilsa Paturi
Hilsa steaks smeared with a paste of mustard, poppy seeds, green chillies, turmeric and seasoning, packed in parcels made of banana leaves and baked for 15 minutes.

450 gm - 2Turmeric powder
1/2 Tbsp - 3Black mustard
2 Tbsp - 4Yellow mustard
2 Tbsp - 5Poppy Seeds
2 Tbsp - 6Mustard Oil
4 Tbsp - 7Green chillies
3 - 8Salt
