Bahamian Grilled Fish
Mahi Mahi fillets coated and marinated with olive oil, garlic, lime juice, ginger and chilli, and grilled over a medium-hot fire for about 3 minutes per side or until nicely browned and barely cooked in the centre. Serve with lime wedges and hot sauce.
- 1Olive oil
2 Tbsp - 2Garlic cloves -- minced
2 Large - 3Fresh lime juice
1 1/2 Tbsp - 4Fresh ginger -- minced
1 Tbsp - 5Scotch bonnet chilli -- seeded and thinly sliced
1 - 6Fish fillets (6 to 8 ounce) -- such as striped bas
4 (6 Ounce) - 7Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 8Lime wedges -- for serving
- 9Hot sauce -- for serving
