Amritsari Fish Fry: Lip-Smacking Street Food Recipe from Punjab
Take a bowl and add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, carom seeds, chilli powder, salt, and lime juice and Bengal gram flour. Mix all the ingredients to form a thick paste. Take the fish pieces and coat them in this mixture. Let the pieces marinate for an hour.
Take a pan and add oil in it. Once it is hot, add the fish pieces, and shallow fry them on both sides equally. Let them cook on medium heat until they turn golden and crispy. Transfer to a plate and squeeze some lemon on top before serving.
