- 250 grams of chicken
- ½ cup hung curd
- ½ tbsp maida
- ½ Chopped Onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ inch ginger
- 1 cardamom
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- ½ inch cinnamon stick
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- 3 to 4 black peppercorns
- 1 Clove
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp carom seeds
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
- 1/8 tsp Chaat masala
- Garam masala powder as required
- Salt - to taste

- Grind all the ingredients mentioned in the 'grind to paste' list into a fine paste.
- In a bowl, combine the maida, ground paste, and hung curd.
- Add in the chicken pieces and mix well. keep aside for about 3 to 4 hours
- In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients and keep it in the fridge.
- Heat some oil in a pan over medium and add in the chicken pieces. Fry until golden brown.
- Reduce the flame and continue cooking for a few minutes until the chicken pieces are well cooked.
- Plate and serve with salad and lime wedges for the best taste.
