Ingredients
- 1 cup dried prawns
- 1 onion
- 3 green chillies
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp rice flour or besan
- Coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste

Instructions
- Finely chop the Onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix all the above ingredients together along with the rice or besan flour. Add a little water. Make sure that the batter is thick and not watery as we need to shape them in small flat balls.
- Keep the batter to rest for approx 5-10 minutes
- Take a tawa and heat some oil in it.
- In the meantime, start making the cutlets. Shape it as u wish to. Once the oil is hot u can fry them. You can coat the cutlets with rawa or oats powder or even some rice flour.
- Serve hot with rice dal or any other vegetarian dish.

- All the ingredients added are as per the quantity of prawns used and individual taste. While mixing the ingredients you can taste the mixture and add masala if required.
