- 500 gms Licious Basa Fish Fillet
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 4 tsp garlic Finely Chopped
- 4 tsp ginger Finely Chopped
- 4 tbsp tomato purée
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp red chilli paste
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Keep it ready.
- Take the Basa fillets and arrange them on a baking tray in only one layer.
- Now, sprinkle the fish with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Make sure it is coated well.
- Keep the fish aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Now, take another bowl and mix oil, red chilli paste, ginger, garlic, and tomato puree. Mix them all well.
- This mixture will serve as our marinade.
- Now use a brush or your hand to coat the fish with the marinade.
- Make sure it is coated well with the marinade.
