- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 ½ tsp red chilli paste
- 1 cup oil
- Salt as required

- Take the Mackerel and add salt, lemon juice, red chilli paste and turmeric to it. Mix them all well.
- This prepares our marinade. Now, you can cover the Mackerel with rice flour evenly.
