- 500 grams of Licious Lamb Mince (Keema)
- 2 Licious Classic Eggs
- 500 grams potatoes
- ½ tsp White pepper powder
- ½ tsp Nutmeg powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil – For Frying
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 4 tbsp chopped ginger
- 2 pieces chopped green chilly
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp chopped basil leaves
- 1 pinch of green cardamom powder
- 1 clove pinch ofpowder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 cup grated processed cheese
- 1 tsp tabasco sauce

- Heat water in a vessel and boil potatoes until soft, drain the water once done and allow it to cool down completely.
- Peel the skin, put it in a mixing bowl, and mash it with the help of a potato masher.
- Add white pepper powder, nutmeg powder, fresh coriander, and salt, mix well and divide it into 12 equal pieces and keep it in a refrigerator.
- For the filling, heat oil and butter in a pan add Chopped ginger, chopped garlic, and chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, then add Licious fine minced lamb and cook it for 8-10 minutes, add little water to deglaze the pan until its fully cooked.
- Add all the spices, lemon juice, and chopped basil and cook it for another 2 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and let it cool down completely, once cooled completely add grated cheese, tabasco sauce, mix well and divide it into 12 equal parts and keep it in the refrigerator.
- With wet hands take a mashed potato ball, flatten it and fill the lamb minced filling into it and close it properly while giving it a cylindrical shape and keep aside.
- Heat oil for deep frying and in 2 separate bowls keep whisked Licious classic eggs and breadcrumbs in each.
- Once the oil is hot, take lamb-filled mashed potato balls, dip them in egg then roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them until golden brown.
- Do the frying in batches of 6 or 4 and serve hot.
