- 1 kg of Licious Chicken Curry Cut or Licious Country Chicken Curry Cut
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 4 pieces of dried red chilli
- 2 pieces of Kashmiri red chilli
- 1 ½ tsp ginger Roughly chopped
- 2 ½ tsp garlic Roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 2 pieces of bay leaves
- ½ cup onions sliced
- ½ cup of potatoes halved
- 1 ½ tbsp Yoghurt
- 2 ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 piece Cinnamon
- 3 pieces cloves
- 4 pieces cardamom

- In a large bowl, add the chicken along with turmeric and half the salt to marinate.
- Boil a cup of water and soak the dried red chillies and Kashmiri red chillies for about 20 minutes.
- Grind the chillies along with the ginger and garlic.
- Take a deep pan and heat mustard oil.
- Add the chilli, garlic and ginger paste and saute for 3 minutes or till the raw smell fades.
- Add the bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and onions. Mix the ingredients in the pan well.
- Add sugar and keep stirring for about 10 minutes.
- Add the potatoes, salt and yoghurt and cook till the potatoes are more than half cooked but not thoroughly cooked.
- Add the chicken and stir everything properly.
- Once the chicken is well roasted, add water and bring it to a boil.
- Cook for 20 minutes or till the chicken is cooked.
- Serve hot with rice!
