- 500 gm boneless chicken breasts chopped into 2-inch pieces
- 1 ½ tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese grated
- Handful of yoghurt
- ½ tsp flour powder roasted
- ½ tsp green cardamom powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- pinch Mace powder
- pinch Nutmeg powder
- ½ tsp black rock salt
- Coriander leaves

- In a bowl, add the marinade ingredients which include garlic paste, ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric and chopped chicken breast pieces. Mix it all together and set it aside for thirty minutes.
- In a bowl, add grated cheese, yoghurt, roasted gram flour, green cardamom powder, chilli powder, mace powder, nutmeg powder, rock salt and chopped coriander leaves. Mix it all together. Then, add the marinated chicken pieces to the mix and coat each of them thoroughly.
- Shift the coated chicken on to the metal skewers and grill it over the tandoor.
- Once the kebabs are cooked, remove them on a plate. You can even place the skewers directly on the plate. Garnish it with lemon juice and serve it hot with mint chutney.
Recipe Tip
You can also cook these kebabs in a pan or a skillet by shallow frying the pieces. If you are shallow frying the chicken, remember to coat it with eggs and breadcrumbs.
