- 250 Gram minced chicken
- oil For frying
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 3 tbsp salt
- 3 tsp Chilli flakes
- 3 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp Bread Crumbs

- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 Burger Buns
- 2 lettuce
- 1 Tomato sliced

- Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add the chopped onions and fry until golden brown.
- Take a bowl and add minced chicken to it. Then add chopped coriander, chilli flakes, pepper powder, chopped garlic and fried onions. Crack one egg into the bowl and mix all the ingredients well. Then add the bread crumbs to this mixture and shape it into round patties.
- Put some oil into the pan and fry the patties until they turn golden brown.
- Take the burger buns, slice it in to halves and spread mayonnaise on the insides of both the halves. Then add lettuce, tomato slice, onion slice and the chicken patty. Serve it with Ketchup.
