- 1 medium finely chopped Onion
- 1 tablespoon of Ginger and garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- salt
- Crushed black peppercorns
- leaves A handful of freshly chopped coriander
- 2 medium-sized potatoes boiled and peeled
- 3 tablespoons of dried Bread crumbs + some extra crumbs for coating
- 1 egg

- In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil.
- Sauté the garlic for a minute.
- Mix in the onion and cook until it is transparent.
- Add in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté well.
- Mix in the salt, chilli powder, crushed peppercorns and turmeric powder.
- Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the coriander leaves.
