- Licious Minced Chicken
- Store-bought dim sum wrappers
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- leaves Lettuceas required
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- ½ tsp stock powder
- 1 spring onion finely chopped
- Salt - to taste
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- Refined flour for coating
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

- Take a steamer (bamboo or metal) and line it with lettuce leaves.
- Take a bowl and add the minced chicken, garlic paste, stock powder, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and coriander leaves.
- Now, add this filling to your dim sum wrappers.
- You can shape them however you like. An easy option is to wet the edges with a bit of water, fold the round into semi-circles and then use a fork to press down the edges.
- Take a non-stick pan and boil water in it. Fill your steamer with your dim sum, and make sure they don’t touch.
- Steam the dim sum for 10-12 minutes or until translucent.
- Serve hot!
