- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 6 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 tbsp dried mixed herbs
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp Tabasco hot sauce
- ½ tbsp red chilli flakes
- 4 Sprigs of Coriander Leaves finely chopped
- 2 tsp honey
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water

- Whisk all the marinade ingredients except chicken breasts. Add the chicken to the marinade and coat well. Rest the marinated chicken for about an hour.
- Add oil to a pan placed over a medium flame. Once hot, place the chicken steaks on the skillet and cook on both sides for about 3 minutes on each side. While the chicken is cooking, baste the remaining marinade on the chicken. Once cooked, take out the chicken to a plate and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the rest of the marinade. Mix the all-purpose flour with water to make slurry and add it into the marinade sauce. Boil until the sauce thickens and set it aside.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken steaks for garnishing. Serve with pan-roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes.
