- 12 Chicken salamis
- 4 tortillas
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mustard paste
- 2 medium tomatoes sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- Iceberg lettuces leaves as required
- 8 black olives pitted
- Black pepper powder

- Place one tortilla in a flat dish. Apply ½ tablespoon of ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard paste.
- On one side of the tortilla place 2 or 3 salami slices, onion slices, lettuce leaves and some olives. Sprinkle salt, and pepper powder on the vegetables. Roll the tortilla tightly. Serve with your favourite dip. Repeat the steps for the rest of the Tortillas.
Recipe Tip
You can pan-sear the Salami slices before assembling. Take ½-tablespoon butter in a pan. Once it is hot, add the Salami slices and sear them for a few minutes on both sides.
