Frequently Asked Questions
How do I avoid the sausages from disintegrating?
Sausages require gentle handling. Hence, if you add them to a sauce to simmer, make sure it is on low heat and not boiling. This way, the sausages warm gently. Make sure to turn them regularly for even cooking.
I am not able to turn the sausages by using a fork. What can I do?
Using a tong is helpful while cooking sausages. It helps the juices to remain inside and also allows even cooking.
