- 1 kg chicken cuts
- 4 tsp white vinegar
- 1 cubed potato
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 4-5 cloves
- 4 green cardamoms
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 8-10 Curry leaves
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 4 tsp oil
- Salt - to taste

- Add salt, potatoes, white vinegar and enough water to cover the chicken to a pressure cooker. Keep it aside after one whistle.
- Heat three teaspoons of oil in a pan. Saute the garlic, onion, ginger, and green chillies till the onions turn transparent.
- Lightly pound the cinnamon, cloves and cardamom pods. Add this to the sautéed onions.
- Add the sautéed onions to the boiled chicken along with the coconut milk. Cook well until the chicken is tender.
- To finish, heat a tsp of oil in a pan and then add some fresh curry leaves. Fry them for a couple of minutes until aromatic.
- Add the fried curry leaves to the thoroughly cooked chicken, and then serve hot.
