- Licious Chicken Breast Fillet
- 3 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 3 tbsp onion powder
- 1 ½ tsp cornstarch diluted well in some water.
- Salt as required
- 3 tsp thyme
- 2 ¼ cup Milk
- 3 tbsp water
- 3 tsp rosemary
- Pepper as required
- ¼ cup Parsley
- 1 ½ tsp Parsley
- ¾ tsp Paprika
- ¼ cup butter
- 5 cloves of garlic

- Take the Licious Chicken Breast Fillet that has been sliced well beforehand.
- For its marination, you will need garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt and half the rosemary, thyme, and fresh parsley. Mix them with the chicken and let it marinate for as long as possible, a minimum of half an hour.
- Take a pan and add the butter to it. When it is melted, add garlic. Cook till it turns golden.
- Now, add the remaining thyme, parsley, and rosemary. Slowly add milk.
- Continuously stir on low heat. Now, add a mixture of cornstarch and water.
- When the sauce starts simmering, add the chicken pieces and coat them well with the sauce.
- Once done, turn off the heat and serve hot.
Tips and tricks:
- Adding fresh cream on top can make it more delicious.
- Be careful not to overcook the sauce or it will turn into a thick gloopy mess. However, if it becomes too thick add more milk to dilute it.
