- 500 gms Licious Chicken Curry Cut
- Finely chopped curry leaves
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- oil
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- Salt as required
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 ½ tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp thick yoghurt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 6-7 tbsp cornflour
- Chaat masala (to taste)

- Take a bowl and put the chicken curry cut pieces in it.
- Mix it with ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, yoghurt, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, soy sauce, pepper powder, and even chopped curry leaves.
- Mix them well.
- Marinate it for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Add the cornflour and leave it.
- Take a wok and heat oil in it. Now, take the chicken pieces and fry them.
- Deep fry these pieces.
- After it is fried deeply, take it out on a paper towel.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot with plain rice.
